So what is “Fast Natural Beauty” all about and Why Me?
My background has been working and living within the Natural Health field all of my Life. My mother brought us up with an alternative approach to Health by giving us Natural Remedies instead of going to the Doctor to get drugs.
She was a Herbalist and used Herbal Medicine, Bach Flowers and Homoeopathy, so these where our medicines. She was also a very keen Gardener which had been influenced by my Grandfather, and I have many childhood memories of playing in their gardens, and spending most of our time outdoors and in Nature.
For many years I have worked in the Natural Health Field as a Naturopath, Medical Herbalist, Aromatherapist, Colour Therapist and Tutor and living my Life Passion as much as I can by “getting back to basics”, which can be challenging for the best of us in this busy lifestyle we lead, and the fast paced technology that rules us.
But I felt I wanted to offer more than just Health Advice so I have recently decided to dedicate part of my professional work towards Educating and Offering Help and Support in “Natural Health Mental Wellness, Self Care and Natural Beauty Advice” as I look around and see that we have come so far away from connecting to Nature, to ourselves and in using Natural products and alternative treatments especially for our physical body and on our skin.
Also to remind you that implementing a Natural Beauty Routine into your busy life isn’t a chore and it doesn’t take a long time for you to start to see amazing results!
